CHURCH CLAIM
To Whom It May Concern: This letter is being written to show our appreciation to John J. Ruback, Jr. of Ruback and Associates, LLC for the help he gave us with our insurance claim. Before Mr. Ruback got involved, our insurance company informed us that their adjuster found no damage to our church building due to a hailstorm. We then hired Mr. Ruback and he came through for us in a big way. His knowledge of how insurance companies operate proved very beneficial to us. Our insurance company went from giving us nothing to giving us what we needed to replace our roof and for inside repairs, all because of the efforts of Mr. Ruback. The church council of Salem Evangelical Lutheran Church, Audenried, Pennsylvania highly recommends Mr. Ruback and his company to anyone who is experiencing difficulties in receiving a fair settlement from their insurance company.
