John, On behalf of my husband and I THANK YOU for everything you’ve done in assisting us with our house insurance claims. Well, really, you did everything! It was such a relief to know that you were there to handle everything. As you know, since we lived in NJ but our claim was in our house in PA, it would have been such a hassle to handle everything – I can’t imagine how many times we would have had to drive for 3 hours just to meet someone to look at the house, the time off, pulling the kids out of school just to be in PA, the paperwork – AHHH!! Just knowing you took that burden off of us is enough but the money that you were able to retrieve! WOW! I never would have thought we would have received that amount. I know we wouldn’t have if you weren’t involved. Thanks to your industry experience we were given a fair and fast settlement. You were always available, even on the weekends and at night to address our concerns and questions – thank you for that. Again, we are so grateful to you for taking the burden off our shoulders. I never would have imagined that this would turn out to be such an easy, painless process. Please know that we will refer you to all our friends and family!
